Hello, On March 27, 2025, I ordered 2 books to give one to my dad for his birthday about two weeks later. After 8 days without a shipping notice, I contacted customer service who told me delivery takes 10 days. On April 19, three weeks later, still nothing. I had to find another gift. I followed up, and only then they told me there was a carrier issue and offered me 20% off a FUTURE order. The package finally arrived April 23—28 days after ordering (far from the 10 announced). As I already told the company by email, the least they could have done was keep the client informed and offer a better gesture (like a partial refund), not just a small discount that forces another purchase. That’s unprofessional. I obviously don’t recommend this brand and won’t ever order again!
