Cancellation policy
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your item, without having to provide a reason.
⚠️ Items purchased on sale, with a discount, or as part of a special offer (e.g. Black Month, Black Friday, bundles, sets, promotions, etc.) are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancelable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be not on sale and:
- Be unused and in perfect condition
- Still be sealed in its original packaging (shrink wrap, plastic wrap, etc.)
- Include all components received (envelope, sleeve, accessories, gifts, tags)
⚠️ Opened, written in, completed, used, or altered products will not be accepted or refunded.
2) Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@getyourlegacy.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product if necessary
- All returns must be shipped with a tracking number provided to our customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the mistake is ours (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).
Any exchanges cost €8.15 or more, depending on the number of books.
3) Return Types & Applicable Fees
a) Change of Mind / Withdrawal
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value may be applied.
- A processing fee of 25% of the order amount (excluding shipping) may also be deducted from the refund.
- These fees may be waived if you opt for store credit or a voucher valid on collectivebooks.co
b) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product
- A replacement will be sent free of charge.
- If you prefer a refund, the product may need to be returned.
- Claims must be made within 2 business days of receiving the package, with photos provided. After this period, claims cannot be accepted.
4) Order Cancellation
Orders are processed automatically as soon as they are confirmed to ensure fast delivery times. This means the preparation process starts immediately after purchase, making any modification or cancellation impossible.
Each order is reserved, packaged, and scheduled for shipment without delay, and once this process has begun, it cannot be interrupted.
5) Refund Timeframes & Conditions
- Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Processing time is generally 7 business days after receiving the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
- Initial shipping fees are never refunded.
- In cases where free shipping was offered, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.
6) Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
7) Exceptions & Limitations
- Certain items identified as non-returnable (for hygiene or product-specific reasons) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Opened, used, completed, or altered products are not eligible.
- Delivery delays caused by carriers do not qualify for refunds.
8) Refunds Related to Special Campaigns
In the context of specific promotional campaigns, a refund may be offered in exchange for a defined action (review, testimonial, share, etc.).
- The maximum refund amount is €29.99.
- The refund is conditional upon meeting all participation requirements.
- This refund applies only to the initial purchase concerned.
- No additional or partial refund will be granted beyond this amount.

1. Introduction

New members are granted a 30-day free trial of the Service.
- No charges will be applied during the trial period.

Only one free trial is permitted per user/household. Your Legacy reserves the right to prevent abuse of the free trial system.
2.2 Automatic Monthly Renewal
After the free trial, your subscription renews automatically every 30 days, at the rate displayed at checkout.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept automatic recurring billing.
2.3 Billing Authorization
You authorize Your Legacy to charge your selected payment method automatically:
- At the end of the free trial
- At each subsequent renewal period
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date.
2.4 Price Changes
Your Legacy may update membership pricing at any time.
You will be notified in advance of any price change, and continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
3. Access to Digital Content
With an active subscription, you gain access to:
- Weekly family challenges
- Monthly giveaways and rewards
- Printable activities and digital games
- Exclusive discussions and posts
- Community features inside the Your Legacy platform (Skool)
Access to digital materials is granted while your subscription remains active. Your Legacy does not guarantee uninterrupted service (platform outages, maintenance, third-party issues, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge.
- Cancelling after the billing period begins does not result in a refund; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No prorated or partial refunds are offered for unused time.
4.2 Termination by Your Legacy
Your Legacy may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if a member:
- Engages in fraudulent activity
- Abuses the platform
- Shares or distributes paid content externally
- Violates community rules or any applicable law
Your Legacy reserves the right to deny access to the Service at its discretion to protect the community.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Rule
All membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Verified duplicate billing
- Technical error attributable to Your Legacy
- 5.2 No Refunds for Digital Access
Because the membership grants immediate access to digital content, printables, and giveaways, Your Legacy does not provide refunds for:
- Partial months
- Unused time
- Change of mind
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- This is standard practice for digital subscription services.
6. Giveaways & Rewards
6.1 Eligibility
All active paid members and all members currently in free trial are eligible to participate in giveaways, unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Engagement-Based System
Giveaway entries (“tickets”) are earned through actions such as:
- Likes
- Comments
- Participation
- Challenge completion
More engagement = more chances to win.
6.3 Prize Conditions
- Winners are selected via a transparent draw process.
- Winners will be notified via the platform or email.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
- Your Legacy may modify, replace, or cancel any giveaway for operational or legal reasons.
Your Legacy is not responsible for delivery delays or external issues affecting prize shipping.
